$\longrightarrow$The story deals with the issues of keeping uncommon pets in the house. While many animals can be tamed and kept as pets, some animals are hard to tame. Toto was one such monkey. The story is about the Author's grandfather love for animals and in particular is experience with Toto.

$\longrightarrow$Toto on the very first day, tore the wallpaper and the Author's blazer into shreds. He troubled all other pets and did not let them sleep. He made all the animals especially the donkey miserable where he was shifted to the stable. On yet, another occasion, Toto throws a plate and a glass on the members of the family and escapes with a rice dish onto a tree. And once, he almost burns himself in a hot water kettle. Thus, he lands into trouble himself due to his mischief- making habits.
