Aerial adaptation in birds:
The birds have bodies that are adapted to fly. Aerial adaption of birds is basically in their body structure. Birds that fly have large chest muscles that help them move their wings.
Many birds have hollow bones. This makes the bodies of birds very light weight making it possible for the birds to fly. The flight feathers and the tails help the birds to maintain their balance in the air and also change directions and steer. In addition, birds contain air sacs which are attached to their lungs.
