Here are some points about Al-Ain Oasis
1)The Al Ain Oasis has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011.
2) With the construction of an educational Eco-Center and an extensive system of shaded pathways that wind through some 147,000 date palms, it is open to the public.
3)Al Ain Oasis is actually still a partially functioning date farm and is home to some 100 different varietals.
4)An ancient falaj irrigation system channels fresh spring water from the nearby Hajar Mountains, which along with a system of wells, allows palms to flourish in the middle of a desert.
