The author was not physically well when he reached Darchen. His sinuses were blocked due to the cold wind at Hor and he was not able to sleep well at night. The next day Tsetan took him to the Darchen Medical College and the doctor there gave him some medicine that gave him some relief.

• There was so cold in the Darchen and the Author caught a cold due to cold weather. He has got a breathing problem due to the cold which made him very uncomfortable. The author’s condition at Darchen was terrible.
• He got extremely tired on reaching there in the high altitude of Darchen. He felt hungry but couldn’t like anything eating due to his illness. He couldn’t sleep the whole night because of his illness.
