There are five key barriers that can occur within a company: language, cultural diversity, gender differences, status differences and physical separation. These barriers tocommunication are specific items that can distort or prevent communicationwithin an organization.

There are some barrier of communication are as follows.
1. Physical Barrier:
This is the important barrier of communication because if the sender and receiver are at the distance, it will be difficult for them to communicate.
2.Personal Barrier:
Different people have different attitude like thinking, judgement and value.Sometime the personal attitude become a barrier of communication.
3. Language Barrier:
This is one of the most important feature of communication.The people from different places speak different languages which becomes a major problem of communication.
4.Status Barrier:
In business organisation people hold different departments which are having different status.The people of high rank do not feel good to communicate with the people of low rank.
5.Lack of Mutual Trust:
If there is lack of faith and trust between the sender and receiver, which information are transferred can be leaked out.
