The term business environment refers to all external forces or factors which have a direct or indirect bearing on the activities related to functioning of business.
We will discuss how economic, social, political factors influence decisions of business organisations. Moreover, we will discuss some economic problems like, regional imbalance, industrial sickness, and existence of parallel economy etc.
The term regional imbalance refers to the inequalities or disparities among the various regions of a country. That is, some regions are developed and some other regions are underdeveloped of the same country. The term trade deficit refers to a situation in which the amount of imports is more than the amount of exports of a country.
