In Silesia the weavers were given the orders and raw material for production but the payment was drastically reduced.
Hence they revolted against the owners.
on June 4 th 1845, weavers marched in procession towards the producers' house.
Half of them went into his house and tore the curtains beoke the things.
While the others went into the godown and plundered it of the clothes.
With fear the producer flew to the neighbouring village with the family but he was not welcomed.
Within 24 hours he came in with troops to his house and 11 weavers were shot.
