so it all started due to the storming of Bastille where Louis 16 called all the estate for a meeting in Bastille and there were 300 from 1st estate 300 from 2nd estate and 600 people from 3rd estate. so when Louis 16 proposed one estate one vote process 3rd estate people as they were educated by middle class people they wanted one man one vote process this was denied by Louis 16 and 3rd estate people immediately stood up and they left.
on the other hand the country was facing problems for bread . women had to stand in big queues for food so as they were all frustrated they started violating.
