in the outbreak of French Revolution the king has decided to impose the taxes but at that time taxes can't import without estate general meeting and the last meeting was called in 16 14 but the king again organised the meeting and he represent the proposal of impose taxes the representative of states general that come here there and 300 representative comes from each first and second states and 600 if it comes from third states and the election had to be conducted on the principle that each state had one voating and representative of 3rd state tell that we talk about the later first we want equal voting right but the king has rejected the proposal of representative of third state that was the representative boycott the meeting and they started the formation of national assembly and they started to make new constitution.
