The various circumstances that led to the outbreak of revolutionary protest in France were:

• A wide gap that developed between the people and the monarchy.

• The uncaring attitude of the king towards the people of his kingdom and what was happening to them.

• Non-introduction of various beneficial reforms in the political system for the people, from time to time.

• The irresponsible and wasteful behavior of the ministers.

Hence, all these circumstances led to the decline in the political system which then became the major reason for the outbreak.
