it is the condition when the people have nothing to eat and have no money to fulfill their basic needs..
the price of bread rose in France in the rule of Louis XVI..
people had no enough money to buy even the bread ...
French society was divided into three stages..
1. first stage : it includes the noble and rich people.. they have all privileges and they didn't pay any taxes.
2. second stage : it includes Church, cleargy etc .. they also have certain privileges and they also didn't pay and in Texas
3. third stage : over 90% population was in this class. they haven't any privileges and they have to pay all direct taxes.
many philosophers also motivated the people by giving their ideas with the help of books like the spirit of law etc.
middle class people also played an important role in the revolution..
Louis XVI was a despotic ruler.. and this also set the mind of people to fight for their rights..
