Describe the climatic conditions of india during retreating monsoons.

This is a transtition period during the months of october and november.
On that time temperature is rises and sky is looking clear.
Low pressure all over north become weaker.

1. The retreat of monsoon takes place due to the migration of Sun towards the South and the withdrawal of the South-West monsoon.
