The union government in India constitutes the following
*Legislative*-It constitutes of Parliament of India headed by President and constitutes the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha.
*Executive*-It consists of the president,vice-president and council of ministers led by the Prime Minister of the country.
*Judiciary*-It is Independent of the Executive and Constitutes Supreme Court of India and the High courts.
