Dr. Ambedkar introduced the basic form of the Union Government envisaged in the Constitution.

Legislative-It consist of Parliament of India, headed by the President and constitutes Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha.
Executive-It consists of the president, vice president, and a Council of Ministers, led by the prime minister.
Judicial-It is independent of the Executive and constitutes Supreme court of India and High court.
