2.All the presidents of panchayat samiti are its members.
3.Members of legislative representing districts are also its members,including members agriculture,vertinery,engineering etc
Members of the Zila Parishad are elected from the district on the basis of adult franchise for a term of five years. These Councillors chosen by direct election from electoral divisions in the District.
