Describe the condition of Hyderabad in the 18th century.

These are also known by the name of regional states. The autonomous kingdom of Hyderabad was founded by Nizam-ul-Mulk in 1724. He was one of the most powerful nobles of the time. When Mughal empire was lingering, he established his base at Hyderabad and later declared its independence.
