The condition of the patients at the waiting room was as follows:

• The patients are waiting in the dentist's waiting room. The dentist came and called the first patient. Joe had entered the room. Then, the nurse carried a hammer, a hacksaw, and a pair of pliers into the surgery room.
• The waiting patients were scared that the instruments were being used to extract teeth. Women 1 was the wife of the first patient Joe and was worried that he would not withstand the pain. She imagined that he was writhing in pain.
• Out of fear of due to the rude treatment, all the patients left the clinic one after the other except  Women 5.
• Then Joe came out. His wife enquires him, how he withstood the rude method of treatment with the use of ammer, hacksaws, and pilers. He replied that they used to break open a wooden box for the key.
