If it's from Ozymandias then,,,,

The statue was broken ,it's visage (face) was lying half sunk on the antique sand of the yellow brown desert. The expressions of sneer and cold command were clearly sculpted as it is on the statue and on the pedestal of the statue the words of introduction of the arrogant and ambitious king were sculpted. In the nut shell we can conclude that the brave ravages of time and nature destroyed the preciously sculpted statue of the mighty Ozymandias as no things that are materialistic last before the destroying forces of time.
