Hey Mate Here Is Your Answer

Answer: The workers in a factory are employed on a temporary basis. They may be asked to leave anytime at the whims and fancies of the employer. The wages paid to them is fixed based on their skills. The highest amount paid monthly is Rs 3000/- which is paid to the tailors. Women do ancillary jobs like cutting, buttoning ironing etc. The workers are highly exploited and get very low wages. They do not get a fair deal

hope you like it

The present situation of workers in Garment exporting factories are not well at all .

In many developing or undeveloped countries the garment exporting factories frequently search for cheaper labour , Cheaper materials for better production .

As Small enterprises don’t have much investment option and they have to compete with the market production . So they find cheaper labour . The basic and highest payment are minimum 2500 to 3500 for tailors .

Many women are working now-a -days in garment factory . But. Owners don't give them proper wages . So , if government will help these industries, then we hope some better condition will come in future for the workers .
