Describe the consequences of the Great Depression, and also explain how FDR's "New Deal" resulted in the end of the Great Depression.

The New Deal created programs to help create jobs and help the economy. Most would say, including me, that our involvement in WW2 ended the depression. Government set quotas, drafted millions of men which opened up spots for work for the minorities of the time such as women and african americans.
