The current government strategy of poverty alleviation  is that we need to do the planning such that sufferrings of poor people are reduced to a large extent  and in long term need to find and fix all these issues.

For this purpose the current government has  adopted two approaches:

1) Promotion of Economic growth  

2) targeted anti - poverty programmes
