The world's first atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima in Japan by the US on August 6, 1945.  More that 140000 innocent people died in this blast. The blast left the cities of Hiroshima with cancers, premature births and malformed babies. In Hiroshima, 4,400 feet from the place where the bomb was dropped, multi-story buildings were completely destroyed. All Japanese homes were demolished up to 6,500 feet in Hiroshima.
