ANSWER

The first one is the Thomson's model of atom. Here the positive charge it the atom is spread over the sphere whereas the electrons are studded in the sphere.

The next is the Rutherford's model of atom. Here the neutrons and protons are st the centre, also known as core and the electrons are revolving around the core in their respective orbit known as shell.
