Budding-in sponges:-

They are only capable of asexual reproduction

It is of two types that is internal and external budding

In the process of external budding the bud or an out growth is seen on sponges... after maturation it detaches

After its separation from mother's body it maintains a separate life

So as internal budding occurs inside the sponge in a vast number

Buds are called as gemmules

Binary division and multiple division in amoeba:-

In binary division first the nuclear division is seen followed by cytoplasmic division

in which only two daughter amoeba are produced.. It occurs in normal case

Multiple division occurs when there is some environmental issues, scarcity etc...

Multiple amoebula are produced and on time get released to water body
