She plans to try new thing called "Pain Killer" and she gets output.  

He puts the "Pain Killer" in a crack in the floor every time it's offered.

Before he's started to get rid of it the family cat shows interest in the matter.

Tom feeds it to that cat and it immediately begins bouncing the walls making mess in the living room.

Aunt Polly suspiciously spies the medicine spoon under the bed and tries to find the result.

Then she hits Tom over his head with thimble where Tom chews her out for her crazy cures applied on him.

Aunt Polly apologizes to Tom for her's deed.
