The digestion of some fats occur in our mouth and stomach but most of digestion of fats is done in small intestine
The pancreatic lipase and bile produced by pancreas and liver respectively help in emulsification ( broke into smaller molecules such as fatty acid and glycerol which are water soluble)
The villi (finger like projections) in small intestine absorb this fatty acids and glycerol
