The central government and the state government have separate powers. The state government doesn't work under the central government. The state government can take the decisions with in the state. The central government takes the decision within the country. The state government have 66 subjects and the central government have 97 subjects. Some are common of both then if the central government looks in to the matter the state government cant interfere.
