During a single cycle blood goes twice in the heart which is known as double circulation. It is necessary in human being to separate oxygenated and de-oxygenated blood because this makes their circulatory system is more efficient and helps in maintaining constant body temperature.

I hope it will help you.

in human body the blood circulates so
it passes from different areas as
the veins collects deoxyginated blood from all parts of the body through vena cava and it is stored in right auricle and after that it goes in right ventricle.
from right ventricle their goes a pulmonary artery which passes the blood from heart to lungs for oxygenation and after that it comes into heart through blood vessels.
and the heart receives the blood from the vessels into left auricle and from here it goes into left ventricle.
and left ventricle pushes the blood to the aorta which distributes it into all parts of the body.
this all over circulation of blood is called double circulation.
it is helpful bcs every part of body needs oxygen and they all takes it from blood and releases co2 into the blood so it needs circulation. to take oxygen minerals nutrients to all parts of the body
