HEYA!!!
HERE'S YOUR ANSWER!!!

Treaty of Vercallies was signed between France and the Allies. According to this treaty France has to accept its defeat in the first world war. This treaty was a very humiliating treaty for France. According to this treaty France lost its overseas colony, one tenth of its population, 13% of its territories, 75% of its iron and 26% of its coal. People blamed The Weimar Republic for the humiliation they were often mockingly known as 'November Criminals'.
