The hands which mocked the emotions on the statue of the Ozymandias was just perfect. It should that he was a very arrogant king. He challenged all the other kings. He thought that he was the most powerful among all. So, he called himself the "King of Kings".

Ozymandias was a arrogant and proud ruler .he wanted to remain till posterity by making his statue. but as irony , nothing remains.the sculptor succeeded in sculpting his passion like frown, angerness, haughtiness etc.
