Emperor of liliput was a kind and polite king . First when he saw Gulliver he thought he was cruel because he was a giant for the whole country .you know because they were only 6 inches. The King even prooved that they were kind leaving Gulliver free because even the whole people of that country treated him badly. Even gulliver thought that country was cruel
