First of all the make gametes fall on stigma either of the same plant or of a different plant then the stigma secretes sugary fluids .Thriugh a point in exine a pollen tube grows out of the pollen grain carrying at it's tip generative nucleus and tube nucleus. The generative nucleus divides into 2 nuclei . The pollen tube grows through stigma and style by dissolving the tissues with the help of enzymes reached the ovary there it pushes the micropyle and reaches the embryo sac .The tube nucleus which is directed the growth of pollen tube disintegrates. Then the first make gamete fuses with the egg cell to form zygote and the second make gamete fuses with the 2 polar nuclei to form PRIMARY endosperm nucleus. ...
