The explosive condition which prevailed after 1871 in Europe was the situation created in the Balkan Region.The most of the part of the Balkan country was in the control of Prussian Empire.Soon many small countries started to capture the Balkan.Seeing this many empires started conflict between each for the Balkan region and Prussia lost its control over Balkan.This situation also created the background for World War 1.
