1)  MNC is the company which owns or controls production in more than one nation. 
 
2)  MNCs set up offices and factories for production in regions where they can get cheap labour and other resources. 
 
3)  MNCs set up production where it is close to market, where skilled and unskilled labour are available at low costs, and also where government policies look at their interests

1) SEZs:- Special Economic Zones are such zones where govt. provide well class faculties such as flexibility of labours, water, trasport, etc.

2) Production units :- MNCs actually have production units in more than one countries. they do this so as to reduce cost...
