GREAT DEPRESSION FACTORS :
- it was triggered by decline in demand and fall of prizes
- Marxist Economist argued that it was bcoz of capitalism and can be got rid of only with socialism....
- During decline state shall invest and generate employment and help people to earn money and demand goods in market
- it initially began with a stock market collapse in the USA, but before long affected almost every country
- this in turn caused a collapse of prices upto 60% for agricultural produce causing pauperisation
- it had devastating social consequences sharply increasing poverty, desolation...
- US president Roosevelt announced NEW DEAL policy to recover America from Great Depression
