Sound travels more slowly than light, and it does not always travel at the same speed.

Two main factors affect the speed of sound: the material that makes up the medium—such as air or water—and the temperature. If we know the medium and the temperature, however, we can predict the speed of sound.

Speed of sound depends primarily on the density and viscosity of the medium through which it propagates. So temperature, humidity (if non liquid medium) and pressure are also factors as they impact the density and viscosity of the medium, especially if the sound wave propagates through fluids.

speed of sound depends on
medium
temperature
if we know the medium n temperature then we can identify the speed of sound

sonu7862: really
aman8511191: sorry i saw sound but it was light in my mind...so plz forgive me
