Rich Farmers movement in India is also known as peasants movement the time when it was initiated was the British Raj time and in that time the government's policies, rules, and laws had a huge impact on the lives of peasants it put them in debt and later landing all of them in jail.

So because of this a lot of people went against the British Government because these mishaps resulted in different parts of India, this movement also helped people of India move towards the journey of freedom.
