The Right against Exploitation is one of the most important Fundamental Rights given to the citizens of India.

It saves people from any type of exploitation, particularly the following :

(a) Right against forced labour or ‘Begar’ : Our constitution prohibits bonded labour, begar or forced labour that makes people work freely.

(b) No child labour : It is also laid down that no child below the age of 14 shall be employed to work in a factory, mine or other hazardous place.

(c) Ban on Human trafficking : Traffic in human being or dealing in men and women like goods and commodities, such as selling, letting or disposing them of is prohibited by the constitution.
