South African Constitution is described as the Supreme Law in the country. This Constitution was developed and finalizes as recently as 1996 and has been amended 17 times since then.
These included multi-party democracy with regular elections and universal adult suffrage, supremacy of theconstitution over all other law, a quasi-federal system in place of centralised government, non-racism and non-sexism, the protection of "all universally accepted fundamental rights, freedoms and civil liberties,"
South African Constituition Characteristics:
1. It saves the basic rights of its citizens.
2. It gives equality and dignity to all the humans of South Africa.
3. The government will be run in parliamentary way.
4. It gives religious freedom to its citizens.
5. There is freedom for political parties and media groups.
