1.This caste system is hierarchical.
2.It has fos ur main divisions-Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas and Shudras.
3.The members of the same caste group for a social community and follow same occupation and living standards, etc.
4.A person of one caste cannot mingle or marry with a person of other castes.
5.It is the way in which untouchability is widely increasing.
6. Also it is based on heredity.
