Describe the festive look of the small town of Umratha?

After a taxing day at work, as I stroll down the busy streets of the Capital city of our country, I feel my inner-voice drown in the cacophony of noises generating from the street--the noises I wish had a celebratory symphony in. Seeking some serenity to discern my thoughts, loaded with nostalgia, I look up, hoping to miraculously have glimmering decorations shielding the noisy street (like we do back home), until I realise that my hopes are as clouded as the smoky sky.
