Helen was an aggressive child. One day on 3'rd march 1887 Helen was experiencing a bustling around so she went to wait on the porch. After sometime she felt approaching footsteps towards her. She stretched her hands as she supposed it to be her mother. But she felt that someone else took her hands and held close in her arms.It was miss Anne sullivan , helens teacher.

Miss sullivan gave Helen a doll and spelt the word doll on helens hand but she was unaware that a word was being spelt in her hands. She just enjoyed playing with the doll.

By time Helen did not like muss Anne sullivan much .

But after some time she was able to feel the things around her because of miss sullivan, so she started liking her.
