•the man sees whether someone is his of his church or not. it means that he discriminates people on the basis of their religion
•the rich man doesn't want to donate his wealth or help a poor. he wants to save his wealth from poor.

•the black man thinks that if white man/women doesn't like me why should I favour him/her
•the man who thinks that if a person favour me then only I'll favour him,has a very selfish behaviour.
THESE ARE THE ONLY FLAWS IN THEM.
THE COMMON FLAW IN THEM IS THAT THEY DON'T WANT TO FAVOUR ANOTHER HUMAN.
EITHER THEY DISCRIMINATE THE OTHER HUMAN ON THE BASIS OR COLOR, RELIGION, ECONOMIC STATUS ETC.. OR THEY'LL ONLY FAVOUR THE OTHER IF HE/HER FAVOUR THEM. THEY DON'T SHOW HUMANITY.

God made all of us in the same way
When God didn't differentiated us
then why do we do it.
We all are same.
Just our society has made such distinctions between us on the basis of caste, creed, gender etc.the poet wants to just show that we shouldn't discriminate a human and we should always help each other whenever in need.
