Answer:

(a) Glaciers - A glacier is a persistent body of dense ice that is constantly moving under its own weight. A glacier forms where the accumulation of snow exceeds its ablation over many years, often centuries.

(b) Internal processes of the Earth - Internal process - a process that shapes the earth with forces from the interior of the earth. Note: Internal processes are known as endogenetic process in pre-DSE syllabuses, which you need to know when you do past papers. The three forces are compressional force, tensional force and shear/lateral force.

(c) Plateau - a large high area of flat land ( a state where there is little development or change )

(d) Fold Mountains - Fold mountains are mountains that form mainly by two or more of tectonic plates when are pushed together Earth's crust. Before either plate tectonic theory developed, or the internal architecture of thrust belts became well understood, the term was used for most mountain belts, such as the Himalayas.

(e) Volcanic Mountains - Volcanic Mountains are formed when molten rock (magma) deep within the earth, erupts, and piles upon the surface. Magna is called lava when it breaks through the earth's crust. When the ash and lava cools, it builds a cone of rock. ... Examples of volcanic mountains include: Mount St.
