Describe the forces that move water from the soil, through the roots ,stems,leaves and out into the atmosphere.

That force is called transportation pull. When the plant absorb water from the soil then inside the soil the higher concentration of water and in atmosphere there is low concentration of water. As we know that the the water will go to the higher concentration to the lower concentration. The process will follow.

transpirational pull. This force pulls this water from the soil  through roots . it is against gravitational  force and hence is'nt possible with it adhesion and cohesion forces helping it out.
