Describe the french division of society ?

the french society was divided into three parts. they are:-
1) the first estate- it consisted of king and his royal family and the clergy or the members of the church.
2) the second estate- it consisted of the nobles and the ministers of the king.
3) the third estate-  it consisted of peasants, artisans, farmers, small businessmen etc.
