ST reservation is based on the tribal status. Whilst there are no Muslim tribe originally identified under ST, converts to Islam retain their ST status (ST Hills, actually)

SC reservation is only for castes from the Hindus (includes Sikhs and Buddhists). An SC if converts to Islam will lose his reservation benefit.

OBC. Originally meant for Hindus; Groups, ethinicities, tribes and classes that are consider SC when Hindu, will be consider as OBC if Muslim. So, you will find a few Muslims having OBC reservation.

Unreserved. All the are excluded above falls under this category. It includes Brahmins, and other upper castes and most of the Muslims.
