• Cell wall

Cell wall is situated outside the cell.

It is a think wall made up of cellulose .

The cell wall supports and protects the cell.

• Cell membrane

The thin outer covering of the cell is called cell membrane.

It separates the outside and inside of the cell.

It gives Shape to the cell .

• Nucleus

It is a dark, generally spherical structure.

It is found in the cytoplasm

It regulates the process which go inside the cell.

• Ribosomes

They are particles that occur in the cytoplasm and on certain membrane.

They manufacture protein.

• Lysosomes

They are small packets that contain destructive enzymes .

They protect the cell.

Cell wall

The cell wall is the protective, semi-permeable outer layer of a plant cell. A major function of the cell wall is to give the cell strength and structure, and to filter molecules that pass in and out of the cell. A cell is the smallest part of an organism that still contains that organism's elements.

Cell Membrane

The cell membrane is also called as plasma membrane is a thin semi-permeable membrane that surrounds the cytoplasm of the cell. The function of the cell membrane it regulates the entry of minerals, acts as a receptor, protects the cell, regulates the transport of substances in and out of the cell. It also plays a role in signalling and communication.

Nucleus

The main function of the cell nucleus is to control gene expression and mediate the replication of DNA during the cell cycle. The nucleus is an organelle found in eukaryotic cells. Inside its fully enclosed nuclear membrane, it contains the majority of the cell's genetic material.

Ribosomes

Ribosomes are a cell structure that makes protein. Protein is needed for many cell functions such as repairing damage or directing chemical processes. Ribosomes can be found floating within the cytoplasm or attached to the endoplasmic reticulum.

Lysosomes

One of the key organelles involved in digestion and waste removal is the lysosome. Lysosomes are organelles that contain digestive enzymes. They digest excess or worn out organelles, food particles, and engulfed viruses or bacteria.
