phloem is living tissue that carries organic nutrients. and the blood vessels keep the blood within it and helps in diapedisis by providing a medium

PHLOEM : It is the tissue which is present in plants and serve as a ood conducting material.

BLOOD VESSELS : Blood vessels constitute the circulatory system. They help in the transportation of blood to all parts of our body. There are three types of blood vessels - capillaries, arteries & veins.
