The fundamental rights are :—
1. Right to equality
It states that the government shall not deny to any person in India equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws.
2.Right to freedom
It states that all the citizens have the right to freedom of speech and expression, assembly in a peaceful manner, form associations and unions, move freely throughout the country, reside in any part of the country, and practice any profession or occupation or trade or business.
3. Right to freedom of religion
It states that every person has a right to profess, practice and propagate the religion.
4. Right against exploitation
It states clear provisions to prevent exploitation of the weaker sections of the society. Also it prohibits traffic in human beings, forced labour and child labour.
5. Cultural and educational rights
It states that all the citizens have their right to conserve their own culture and also have the right to education.
6. Right to constitutional remedies
It states that all the citizens have the right to seek enforcement of the fundamental rights.
